Oscar Garcia is the driving force behind Protocol Commercial Cleaning Services — a company built on structure, standards, and relationships.

For more than 27 years, Oscar helped build one of the Hudson Valley’s largest and most respected commercial cleaning organizations. As Director of Operations, he oversaw a $25 million portfolio spanning healthcare, education, warehousing, hospitality, and multi-site commercial facilities.

He has supported and partnered with some of the region’s most prominent institutions, including:

  • Vassar College – including major expansion phases
  • Mohonk Mountain House
  • Millbrook School
  • Wildflower
  • Corporate, medical, and educational facilities across NY, CT & NJ

Known for his advanced training programs, deep Hudson Valley relationships, and a reputation for treating every property like a partnership—not just a contract—Oscar brings both expertise and integrity to every client.

After nearly three decades of leadership, Oscar made the decision to begin a new chapter: to rebuild the systems, quality, and relationships he believes in — under his own brand. Protocol Commercial Cleaning Services is that new beginning.
